This position is Located in Bristol PA.
 
Role Description:  
Manage and support all NES-WES oil, parts and delivery activities. Work within Oracle (or company-provided invoice and ordering systems) to ensure all orders are supported.  Ensure parts order accuracy. Loading and unloading of the oil truck. Delivering parts and fluids to customer sites. Pumping in oil to customer tanks. 
 
Essential Responsibilities:  
 
Maintains parts & Oil vehicles
  • Communicate to the General Parts Manager any issues or upcoming services needed for the company vehicle
  • Schedules the service with the NWS provided repair shop
  • Completes daily checks on the vehicle
  • Cleans the truck out after each use and make sure it’s ready for the next delivery
  • Washes the truck bi-weekly to make for a great appearance at customer sites
  • Safely checks the liftgate for any issues before each use
  • Loading and delivery of parts & fluids
  • Loads the vehicle the night before any delivery so it is ready to go the morning of the delivery
  • Starts on time or early in some cases to get to the customer site when requested by the customer
  • Deliver parts or fluids to customer site safely and in a timely manner
  • Pumps in fluids to most customers using a high-pressure oil pump
  • Cleans up at customer site and takes any trash or debris back to the warehouse
  • Cleans and checks the pump to make sure it is ready for the next delivery 
Loading and delivery of parts & fluids
  • Loads the vehicle the night before any delivery so it is ready to go the morning of the delivery
  • Starts on time or early in some cases to get to the customer site when requested by the customer
  • Deliver parts or fluids to customer site safely and in a timely manner
  • Pumps in fluids to most customers using a high-pressure oil pump
  • Cleans up at customer site and takes any trash or debris back to the warehouse
  • Cleans and checks the pump to make sure it is ready for the next delivery
Warehouse duties when not on the road 
  • Help pull customer orders
  • Placing away stock orders in the correct bins
  • Performing Cycle counts
  • Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse
  • Maintains a clean office space by helping to discard trash
NES duties 
  • Provides backup to the counterparts in the warehouse 
  • Develop strong customer relationships while at site 
Qualification Requirements:  
  • Valid Driver's License 
  • Heavy Equipment Operation 
  • High motivation level, self-starter with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%
